Trainer you intend to use. Please note, My expectation is that you have researched a trainer in your area and will make contact to book a time once you have been accepted and paid your deposit. This is not puppy school but a formal trainer who can do one on one sessions with you and your family or a group scenario *

Studies show that puppies who are exposed to a range of new and safe experiences before the age of 16 weeks are more well adjusted adult dogs. Do you commit to providing your puppy with a varied range of safe social experiences (being aware that it should not be exposed to public places until having had its 2nd vaccination) *

Do you understand your Labradoodle will require regular exercise? (Preferably two walks per day) *

How would you describe the energy levels in your home? There is no wrong answer, please be as open as you can so we can place the right temperament puppy in the right home environment. *
