Expression of Interest for Assistance or Therapy Dog

If you are interested in purchasing a puppy that is suited to becoming an Assistance or Therapy Dog, please complete the form below. Please Note; by completing this form you are not guaranteed a puppy.  We take great pride in our breeding program and our desire is to place the right puppy with the right family. We will make contact with you to discuss your request in more detail subsequent to that we will notify you when we have a pup available that might suit your request.

An Assistance Dog provides support and assistance to a specific person. A Therapy Dog works with larger groups of people eg in schools, hospitals or with health practitioners.
If you are enquiring on behalf of somebody else please tell us a little about them here and then answer all other questions on their behalf.
For example, some assistance dogs can guide people , retrieve items or calm individuals experiencing stress or similar
For example, some of our dogs sit with kids in school as they learn to read, others work with psychologists and counsellors and others are hospital visitors.
Please be aware that there are significant costs associated with raising, training and caring for an Assistance Dog.
    Please provide name and location

Studies show that puppies who are exposed to a range of new and safe experiences before the age of 16 weeks are more well adjusted adult dogs.
Please note: When the pup first comes to you, it cannot be left alone for long periods for the first week or two as it will need to be fed and to have company
